Wanda Ellett is an experienced President with a demonstrated history of driving success in mediation and the financial services industry. Having served on Wall Street within Fortune 100 firms, she is skilled in Negotiation, Strategic Negotiations, Operations Management, Strategic Sourcing, Identifying Cost Avoidance and Cost Reduction, Recruiting, Outplacement and Management. She also is skilled in helping others exceed beyond their dreams on both a business and professional Level. Following are some highlights of accomplishments she has negotiated on a B2B and Family basis:

  • Helped a number of couples mediate their divorce, parenting time as well as post and pre-nup agreements.
  • Helped families resolve open estate issues and resume family relations.
  • Reviewed and negotiated 350+ line of business and enterprise technology, business resiliency, telecom, tax, audit, non-IT and on/off-shore resource contracts, generating savings of in excess of $3.5 million each year. (2009 savings $5 million) This included but was not limited to vendor selection, resource skill set determination, negotiation of all contract terms, best rate (rate card, fixed bid pricing and RFP’s), service level success metrics, detailed SDLC delivery dates, facility selection, access security, on and off boarding, in-country requirements, as well as transition to new alternate or internal service providers. Served as the liaison between Business, Technology, Finance, Legal, Insurance and IT Security groups confirming that proper terms, conditions and processes memorialized within body of agreements.
  • Developed database, metrics and “project plan” that ensured all contracts were maintained and managed in most cost-effective manner for the line of business under management. This project was expanded to include vendor contract review, financial viability assessment and risk mitigation for critical vendors.
  • Reviewed and negotiated 100+ unsettled enterprise software contracts, generating savings of $2.85 million.
  • Developed database, metrics and “project plan” that ensured all contracts were maintained and managed in most cost-effective manner.
  • Created and implemented processes to provide software product managers just in time procurement, with adequate time to acquire funding and maintenance renewal.
  • Constructed costing model and business requirement documentation that enabled proficient, consistent quotes for constant stream of worldwide acquisition and divestiture opportunities from $100K to $6 million.
  • Took over 4 large, distressed projects, bringing each back to within defined schedules and budgets.
  • Evaluated, selected and negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with 4 leading enterprise vendors, in addition to testing, modifying and implementing applications that provided users efficient tools to select customized equipment.
  • Developed global process to manage and report on IT vendor contracts. Designed support infrastructure, implemented software, wrote test scripts and user manual. Generated cost savings by improving information management, reducing contracts and minimizing duplicate R&D efforts across the organization.
  • Led team building between Global Sourcing and Office of the CIO, serving as tactical point of escalation to resolve, document and communicate issues IT product procurement and change management to team members and key stakeholders. This success proved instrumental in the triumph of our joint venture to drive change.
  • Improved Vendor Management efficiency by resolving encryption software rollout, implementing prompt payment procedures, and instituting change management and international inter-company fund recovery for products and services.
  • Developed database of rates and recovery methodologies to charge $250 M of Data Center service costs to 153 unique global internal customers on a budget, actual and forecast basis matching the business unit customer profile to service usage.
